Abstract
SEVERAL ASPECTS OF THE CURRENT CODE WHICH ARE ALTERED BY THE REVISION ARE VENUE AND CHANGES IN VENUE, SEARCH AND SEIZURE, ARREST, PRISONER CARE, AND JOINDER AND SEVERANCE. ALSO INCLUDED IS A BRIEF HISTORY OF LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS TO REFORM THE CRIMINAL CODE.
