Abstract
THE AUTHORS CONCLUDE THAT SOPHISTICATED CALCULATIONS ARE GENERALLY UNNECESSARY, AND THAT INTELLIGENT INTUITION MAY BE MORE USEFUL IN ARRIVING AT A REASONABLE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.
