Abstract
TELEVISION OFFERS TWO MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS - (1) APPELLATE COURTS CAN BE PROVIDED WITH A MORE COMPLETE RECORD WHICH INCLUDES THE NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION MISSED IN A WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT, AND (2) THE TIME NEEDED TO FURNISH ATTORNEYS AND APPELLATE COURTS WITH THE RECORD CAN BE REDUCED.
