THE MEMBERSHIP REPORT NOTES A DECLINE. CHANGES IN THE DIRECTION OF THE INSTITUTE OVER THE YEARS ARE RECOUNTED, AND FOCUS MADE ON ITS CURRENT EDUCATION AND PUBLICATION ACTIVITIES. LIMITED FUNDING IS CITED AS THE REASON FOR CURTAILMENT OF MANY ACTIVITIES. CONFERENCES AND COURSES ATTENDED INCLUDE A STUDY TOUR TO BUDAPEST AND VIENNA, AN AUTUMN DISCUSSION COURSE DEVOTED TO SEXUAL OFFENDERS, A SPRING WEEKEND CONFERENCE DEALING WITH FAMILY DISRUPTION AND CHILD ABUSE, AND OTHER LECTURES, MEETINGS, AND VISITS.
