This article discusses the need for international police cooperation, from the perspective of the Hungarian state police.
Abstract
Successful international police cooperation is based on international agreements and treaties. There is no international criminal statute to mandate conditions, principles, and restrictions regarding cooperation. There are also some concerns within Hungary vis-a-vis interpretation of the relevant provisions of the Police Act. 14 notes
