AIRING OF NEW VISTAS IN CORRECTIONS BY A SPECIALIST IN CORRECTIONAL RESEARCH, AND A PSYCHIATRIC LOOK AT ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR AND CONSIDERATION OF THE ROLE OF THE PSYCHIATRIST IN THE CORRECTIONAL PROCESS. DESCRIPTION OF A PSYCHIATRIC SYSTEM, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES BEING CONDUCTED WITHIN A STATE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM BY A STATE DIVISION OF MENTAL HYGIENE.
