Abstract
THE PLAN DESCRIBES APPROACHES TO ACHIEVING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES: COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY, LIMITS ON DISSEMINATION, AUDITS AND QUALITY CONTROL, SECURITY, AND ACCESS AND REVIEW. ALSO INCLUDED ARE A SCHEDULE OF MAJOR MILESTONES AND THE CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE. THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ASSURE THAT CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION, WHEREVER IT APPEARS, IS COLLECTED, STORED, AND DISSEMINATED IN A MANNER TO INSURE THE COMPLETENESS, INTEGRITY, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY OF SUCH INFORMATION AND TO PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL'S PRIVACY.
