Abstract
THE PURPOSE OF THIS PUBLICATION IS TO DIRECT READERS TO POSSIBLE SOURCES OF DOCUMENTED INFORMATION ON THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION, AND TO BROADEN THE PERSPECTIVE ON THE ISSUE OF SOCIAL SERVICES DELIVERY. THE ANNOTATED CITATIONS OF PUBLICATIONS COVER THE EXAMINATION OF THE SUBJECT AND ITS RELATIVE MERITS AND CONSTRAINTS.
