Abstract
HISTORICAL PRECEDENTS FOR POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND THE EFFECT OF POOR RELATIONS ARE DISCUSSED. COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROJECTS IN EIGHT CITIES ARE DESCRIBED.
