REPORT GIVES SUGGESTIONS ON SIX FORMS TO USE TO SPEED UP AND SYSTEMATIZE CONTROL OF JUVENILE COURT CASES.
Abstract
THE PURPOSE OF THE SIX FORMS IS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF CURRENTLY EXISTING FORMS, PERMIT THE TYPING OF SEVERAL FORMS SIMULTANEOUSLY, AND TO MAKE BETTER PROVISIONS FOR THE CALENDARING OF CASES. THESE FORMS WILL ENABLE THE COURT TO GAIN CONTROL OF A CASE EARLY IN THE SYSTEM AND MAINTAIN CONTROL UNTIL DISPOSITION. THE FORMS, SAMPLES OF WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THE REPORT, ARE A MINOR INFORMATION FORM, A MINOR RELEASE FORM, AN INTAKE INTERVIEW CALENDAR FORM, A PETITION, AN AGREED SETTING, AND A JACKSON COUNTY COURT CALENDAR....BS
