Abstract
THE REPORT DESCRIBES: THE RESEARCHER'S SELECTION OF RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES, TO INCLUDE THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM 911, THE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SYSTEM AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE AND COSTS, THE SYSTEM'S FNANCIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDED METHOD OF FINANCE, AND THE RECOMMENDED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. THE FINANCIAL SECTION OF THIS REPORT GRAPHICALLY ILLUSTRATES THE COST SAVING BENEFITS OF THE PROPOSED PROGRAM, RESULTING IN SIMULTANEOUSLY IMPROVED SERVICE.
