CONSTANT MONITORING OF JUROR UTILIZATION IN THE CUYAHOGA, OHIO COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS HAS LED TO BETTER CONTROL AND SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS.
Abstract
ALTHOUGH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PREDICT THE EXACT DEMAND FOR JURORS ON ANY GIVEN DAY, COURTS CAN REDUCE THE GREAT AMOUNT OF TIME AND MONEY WASTED DUE TO JUROR WAITING BY RECORDING ACTUAL DAILY USE AND, FROM THIS DATA, PREDICTING FUTURE DEMANDS.
