Abstract
THE JUVENILE DELINQUENCY FACTORS LISTED ABOVE ARE DISCUSSED AND ANALYZED IN THE LIGHT OF APPOSITE FRENCH AND POLISH STATISTICS. ESPECIALLY AS REGARDS OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY, THE GENERAL LEVEL OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IS HIGHER IN THE HEAVILY INDUSTRIALIZED AND URBANIZED REGIONS OF BOTH COUNTRIES. --IN FRANCE
