Abstract
JUVENILE DELINQUENTS AND CHILDREN IN NEED OF SUPERVISION CAN BE PLACED IN TRAINING SCHOOLS, VOLUNTARY CHILD- CARE AGENCIES, CITY SHELTERS, AND FOSTER HOMES. TREATMENT RESOURCES FOR MENTALLY ILL CHILDREN INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALS AND STATE SCHOOLS WITH EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR THE RETARDED. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED.
