THE DEFINITION OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IS FIRST DISCUSSED. ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT, PLANNING AND COORDINATION, AND RESEARCH AND EVALUATION METHODS IN THE SYSTEM ARE PRESENTED THROUGH VARIOUS ARTICLES. SECTIONS ON DIVERSION, DELINQUENCY PREVENTION, CORRECTIONS, AND TRAINING ARE ALSO GIVEN. THE FINAL SECTION DEALS WITH LEGAL ASPECTS OF JUVENILE JUSTICE.
