Abstract
Jails meeting the standards and those with deficiencies are listed by judicial district and according to whether they are lockups, holding centers, or jails. Tables show facility capacity, recommended capacity, and average daily population, as well as a list of deficiencies, if applicable. The report also presents an overview of facility conditions in the State. A map and a glossary are supplied.
