Abstract
Forms are provided for reporting of crimes, summarizing reports of serious crimes, reporting of traffic accidents, and reporting of other matters related to offenses. Other forms cover such personnel matters as duty schedules, transfers of officials, lists of police officers, leaves, expense vouchers, and related matters. Additional forms relate to fingerprints, firearms, ammunition, various types of diaries, requisitions, messages, and other subjects. For the first two volumes of the manual, see NCJ 66921 and 80640.
