Abstract
After discussing the need for physical fitness, the general order explains procedures for the physical qualifications tests for applicants, recruits, and officers and describes the physical fitness incentive program and physical examinations. Exercises for the job-related physical fitness program are designed to improve officers' physical ability to perform physically demanding job tasks and enhance general fitness. Appended equipment list, exercise heart rate forms, and record sheets.
