THE WEDDING OF PROCEDURAL DUE PROCESS WITH TREATMENT OBJECTIVES IS EXEMPLIFIED IN THE AUTHORS REQUEST FOR A JUVENILE LEGAL DEFENSE AGENCY, AND PROPOSALS FOR PREVENTIVE LEGISLATIVE ACTION AND MODELS FOR JUVENILE LEGAL EDUCATION.
