SEVERAL PRINCIPLES AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROPOSED THROUGHOUT THE WORK. LAWS COVERING SUCH AREAS AS PSYCHIATRIC FACILITIES, EXAMINATION AND ADMISSION OF PATIENTS, COMPETENCY AND CAPACITY, RIGHTS OF PATIENTS IN PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALS, ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES, VOTING, DRIVING, MARRIAGE AND PARENTHOOD.
