DISCUSSION OF INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUES COVERS INSPECTIONS, INFORMATION, INTERROGATION, INVESTIGATION, CONFESSION, THE MIRANDA RULE, AND THE STOPPING AND SEARCHING OF CITIZENS BY POLICE. USE OF INFORMANTS AND EQUIPMENT SUCH AS LIE DETECTORS ARE ALSO COVERED. SECTIONS ON ARREST, SEARCH, AND SEIZURE COVER POLICE ARREST POWERS, SEARCH WARRANTS, AND REGULATIONS SURROUNDING THEIR USE.
