Abstract
THIS BILL OF RIGHTS COVERS RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN POLITICAL ACTIVITY WHEN OFF-DUTY, SPECIFIC CONDITIONS WHEN INTERROGATING AN OFFICER, POLICE OFFICER REPRESENTATION ON POLICE COMPLAINT REVIEW BOARDS, AND POLICE OFFICER'S RIGHT TO BRING CIVIL SUIT AGAINST PERSONS OR GROUPS FOR DAMAGES SUFFERED WHILE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES.
