Abstract
Reports were submitted by the Attorney General to the Law Reform Commission for study and review. Legislative reform involved severance of unconstitutional enactments, the Commercial Tenancy Act, vicarious liability under the Motor Vehicle Act, loss appraisal under the Insurance Act, property rights on marriage breakdown, the Limitation Act, and notice requirements in proceedings against municipal bodies. Appendixes include commission reports, commission working papers, commission work cited, commission members listing, a report on LRC 105, and a synopsis of law reform in British Columbia.
