ONE ALTERNATIVE TO THE FOURTH AMENDMENT EXCLUSIONARY RULE, AT LEAST ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, WOULD INVOLVE THE CREATION OF A REVIEW BOARD, WHICH WOULD SET UP MODEL RULES FOR SEARCH AND SEIZURE AND INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS.
Abstract
THIS REVIEW BOARD WOULD THEN CONSTITUTE AN EFFECTIVE REMEDY AGAINST FOURTH AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS, OBVIATING THE NEED FOR THE EXCLUSIONARY RULE.
