Abstract
INCLUDED IN THE HANDBOOK ARE CITATIONS OF RELEVANT ARTICLES THE LOUISIANA CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AND LOUISIANA STATE CONSTITUTION. RIGHTS OF THE ARRESTED PERSON, ARREST WARRANTS, ADVICE OF RIGHTS, THE USE OF FORCE, WARRANTS OF ARREST, BOOKINGS, AND SUMMONS IN PLACE OF ARREST ARE DISCUSSED IN THE FIRST CHAPTER. THE INTERROGATION OF SUBJECTS, VARIOUS MEANS OF SUSPECT IDENTIFICATION, THE AUTHORITY TO STOP AND FRISK, AND THE SEQUENCE OF STEPS IN A REASONABLE STOP AND FRISK ARE ALSO DISCUSSED.
