A DESCRIPTION OF THE ENGLISH DISASTER PROCEDURE COVERS THE POLICE RESPONSIBILITY, COMMAND VEHICLES, OPERATIONAL MAPS, CROWD CONTROL AND CORDONING, RECONNAISSANCE, AND POLICE FORCE ACTION FILES.
