IT IS ARGUED THAT THE FEMALE INTERVENTION PROJECT IS SUCCESSFULLY ADDRESSING ITSELF TO THE NEEDS OF THE YOUNG, FEMALE OFFENDER, AND THIRD YEAR FUNDING IS RECOMMENDED. HOWEVER, NO FORMAL, QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION IS PRESENTED. TABLES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE TEXT. (MLC)
