Abstract
THE EQUIPMENT USED IS LISTED WITH COSTS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, AND GENERAL TECHNICAL CAPABILITY. PROCEDURES FOR PRISONER HANDLING ARE EXPLAINED. UTILIZATION, RESULTS, AND FUTURE UTILIZATION ARE DISCUSSED. THE EVALUATOR CONCLUDES THAT THIS SYSTEM IS A GIANT STEP FORWARD IN MODERN, PROGRESSIVE, SCIENTIFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT.
