STUDY OF A NEW, SIMPLE AND SENSITIVE TECHNIQUE FOR MAKING BLOOD COMPARISONS.
Abstract
THE INITIAL APPROACH EXPLORED THE FEASIBILITY OF FINDING AN ALTERNATIVE MEDIUM TO HYDROLYZED STARCH, AND ASSAYING THE MATERIAL UTILIZING BOTH ELETROPHORESIS AND CLASSICAL PARTITION CHROMATOGRAPHY. THIS METHOD WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TO UTILIZE THE BIOLUMINESCENCE IN A GEL MEDIUM. THIS METHOD WAS ALSO UNSUCCESSFUL. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
