Abstract
METHODS USED IN THIS MODEL INVOLVE THE APPLICATION OF CONCEPTS OF LINEAR REGRESSION ANALYSIS COMBINED WITH LINEAR PROGRAMMING, AND ALSO NONLINEAR REGRESSION ANALYSIS COMBINED WITH DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS. CONSTRAINTS OR CONDITIONS TO SATISFY AND GOALS TO OPTIMIZE IN CHOOSING BETWEEN LEGAL SERVICES AGENCIES ARE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO VARIOUS ASSUMPTIONS.
