This document presents guidelines for use by individuals and organizations in applying for discretionary grants for fiscal year 1992, under the Missing and Exploited Children's Program.
Abstract
The information is intended to facilitate access to grants by individuals and organizations that typically do not compete for Federal funds and that are unfamiliar with the application process. The guidelines summarize the eligibility and application requirements, the application review process, and certifications required. Additional sections detail the purpose, background, objectives, program strategy, specific eligibility requirements, selection criteria, funding period, funding amounts, and contact person for each of the programs. Appended application form and instructions, information on the peer review process, forms for certifications, lists of State contacts, excerpts from Federal guidelines, and related materials
