Abstract
DEFICIENCIES WERE FOUND IN INTRA-OFFICE COMMUNICATION, THE CONFIGURATION OF CLERICAL WORK STATIONS, COURT FORMS, RECORDS INDEXING, TRAINING, AND INTERMEDIATE SUPERVISION. DETAILED RECOMMENDATIONS ARE OFFERED FOR REMEDYING THESE DEFECTS.
