FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS DRAWN FROM SURVEYS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEMS AND SCHOOLS IN SAN BERNARDINO, RIVERSIDE, AND IMPERIAL COUNTIES, CALIFORNIA.
Abstract
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT ORGANIZATION AND SOME OF THE METHODS EMPLOYED IN OBTAINING THE NECESSARY DATA. RESULTS FROM SURVEYS OF SCHOOL DRUG USAGE, DATA HANDLING SYSTEMS, AND THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM ARE PRESENTED AND DISCUSSED. SOME OF THE NEEDS AND PROBLEMS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN THE THREE COUNTIES ARE EXAMINED ALONG WITH GUIDELINES FOR FUTURE RESEARCH, PLANNING, AND DEVELOPMENT.
