Abstract
THIRTY-NINE STATE JUVENILE DELINQUENCY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATORS TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND ACQUIRE CURRENT INFORMATION ON TWO ISSUES IN THE AREA OF DELINQUENCY PREVENTION AND JUVENILE CORRECTIONS - CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND SAFEGUARDS FOR YOUTHFUL OFFENDERS AND JUVENILE CORRECTIONAL AGENCIES' RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND YOUTH.
