Abstract
This is a comprehensive listing of substance abuse programs including programs administered by Federal, State, and private entities. The information presented includes only programs that are approved or licensed by the applicable State substance abuse agencies and who also responded to the 2000 National Survey of Substance Abuse Services (N-SSATS). Programs are listed alphabetically be State, city, and facility name. For each listing the facility name, physical address, phone number, and service offerings by code are provided. Internet addresses or hotlines are provided as available. A sample of the online substance abuse treatment facility locator is provided. A list of State substance abuse regulatory agencies and a key to the service codes used in the directory are also provided.
