This volume presents the Federal government's comprehensive plan for Federal drug control activities for fiscal year 1992.
Abstract
The plan aims to reduce the level of illegal drug use in the United States. Its priorities include efforts in the criminal justice system; drug treatment; education, community action, and the workplace; international initiatives; border interdiction and security; research; and intelligence and information management. The plan continues the general pattern of distribution of Federal funds presented in the previous two strategies. It also emphasizes the need for efforts by all levels of government as well as by private and community organizations.
