THIS CITIZEN EDUCATIONAL INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ALERT CITIZENS TO THE CRIMES OF BURGLARY AND LARCENY AND TO EXPLAIN THE MEANS BY WHICH THEY CAN PROTECT BOTH THEIR PROPERTY AND THEIR NIEGHBOR'S PROPERTY FROM THEFT.
Abstract
