Also included are States relieved from prior court orders (does not include jails except for the District of Columbia).
Abstract
The report includes 46 States. The information for each State covers the subjects of the court order, the cases involved, steps taken to implement the court order, and the outcome or current status of compliance with the court order. Asterisks indicate the States where the American Civil Liberties Union is involved in the litigation.
