Abstract
Compared to 1975, murder and manslaughter increased 2 percent, forcible rape increased 14 percent, robbery decreased 17 percent, felony assault decreased 11 percent, burglary increased 9 percent, larceny-theft increased 15 percent, and motor vehicle theft increased 20 percent.
