This section also addresses consecutive sentences, probation eligibility, and misdemeanors and infractions. The next section deals with court hearings and procedures such as bail and own recognizance, evidence, fees and fines, forfeitures, and mental health commitments. Subsequent sections review controlled substances (juvenile drug trafficking, rehabilitation, diversion, and asset forfeiture) and criminal justice programs.
