Abstract
The agency also administers bankruptcies; provides services for registering land titles and incorporating businesses; and registers births, deaths, and marriages. During the next year, fiscal restraint will continue to be an important consideration. Refining service delivery, making progress in resolving equity issues and grievances associated with the Treaty of Waitangi, managing the electoral system, and making organizational changes will be important issues. In the prisons, unit management is being implemented and a case management system is being introduced. Photographs, charts, and tables
