Abstract
A DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEMOGRAPHIC DESCRIPTION COVERS THE GEOGRAPHIC TARGET AREA, CRIME IN NORTHWEST DENVER, NEED AND METHOD FOR CRIME DIVERSION, AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE CRIME DIVERSION METHOD. YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU PROCEDURAL DESIGN, COMMUNITY REHABILITATION CENTER PROCEDURAL DESIGN, ADMINISTRATION, AND RESEARCH AND EVALUATION ARE AMONG THE TOPICS COVERED UNDER PROCESS DESCRIPTION. PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS FOCUSES ON QUANTITATIVE RESULTS, CONTEXT, INPUT, AND PRODUCT THE CONCLUSION FOCUSES ON FUTURE PROGRAM IMPLICATIONS.
