THE GUIDE OPENS WITH AN OVERVIEW OF THE CONCEPTS OF PLANNING MANAGEMENT AND EVALUATION, THE TEXT THEN EXAMINES METHODS OF DEVELOPING A FRAMEWORK FOR PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION THROUGH DEFINITION AND SELECTION OF CRIME PREVENTION GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND METHODS. PERSPECTIVES ON IMPLEMENTING THE PROGRAM ARE FINALLY DISCUSSED.
