Abstract
THE RESEARCH AND PLANNING INVOLVED IN A THEFT, THE THEFT ITSELF, THE TRANSFER OF STOLEN GOODS TO THE MARKETER, THE MARKETING PROCESS, AND THE FEEDBACK EVALUATIVE ELEMENTS FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS ARE EXPLORED. THE INTERDEPENDENT ACTIVITIES OF THE THIEF AND THE FENCE ARE EXAMINED IN A VARIETY OF FORMS. COOPERATION BETWEEN POLICE AND SOCIAL SCIENTISTS IS URGED IN ANALYZING AND COMBATING THE CRIMINAL SYSTEMS THAT HAVE A STABLE EFFECTIVENESS. DATA IS BASED UPON FIELD RESEARCH.
