OTHER AREAS DISCUSSED INCLUDE POWERS IN PROSECUTIONS, LAWS AND CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES RELATING TO ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE, INFILTRATION OF LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, LOANSHARKING, PROFESSIONAL GAMBLING, THE PROTECTION OF WITNESSES, STATE INVESTIGATIVE GRAND JURIES, AND WITNESS IMMUNITY.
