Abstract
THE REPORT IS DIVIDED INTO TWO SECTIONS - THE FIRST SECTION DEALS WITH DEVELOPMENTS IN OCI PRIOR TO THE AWARD OF AN LEAA (LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION) DISCRETIONARY GRANT AND THE SECOND DESCRIBING ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN TO FULFILL GRANT REQUIREMENTS BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 30, 1970 AND DECEMBER 31, 1971. EXAMPLES OF IMPROVEMENTS CITED INCLUDE EXPANSION OF DATA BASE, ADDITION OF USERS, AND CREATION OF A NEW INDEX.
