Abstract
Following a statement of the policy and procedure for maintaining and distributing this manual, the duties and responsibilities of the Board are specified, with attention to Board meetings and minutes of the Board meetings. The procedures for eligibility for docketing criteria encompass redocketing, leave-of-absence eligibility, and pardon eligibility. The policy on stipulations and conditions of parole involves procedures for parole fact sheets, as well as certificates of parole and parole revocation. The procedures for investigative reports and documentation address caseloads and district assignments, parole investigation, consolidation and distribution of investigative reports, and audits of investigative reports and inmate files. A policy statement on jacket review, personal appearance, special review, and administrative review pertains to the withdrawal of a parole recommendation. The policy statement for the calculation of a truth-in-sentencing date focuses on the procedures for completing docketing worksheets and notification forms. The concluding policy pertains to records and information. Procedures under this policy address the maintenance of records and release of information, inmate parole files, deposit of documents with the Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse, and data processing.
