Abstract
THE CONSULTANT FIRM CONDUCTED AND ANALYZED SECURITY NEEDS RELATIVE TO OBJECTIVES OF THE PATRIOTS POINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT, POTENTIAL USERS OF THE FACILITY, AND THE EXISTING CONSTRAINTS TO SECURING THE SHIP. A MANPOWER OPERATIONAL PLAN AND A SECURITY COMMUNICATIONS PLAN WERE DEVELOPED. THE RECOMMENDED SECURITY PLAN CONTAINS BOTH A SHORT RANGE PLAN AND ESTIMATED COSTS AND LONG RANGE SECURITY PRIORITIES TO GROW IN CONJUNCTION WITH FACILITY GROWTH.
