Abstract
The board's goalsetting activities to meet the new management evaluation system's directives is a highlight of the year, as is the board's adoption of a policy requiring all permanent full-time employees to meet minimum training standards. The board also revised supervision practices, planned for implementation of computerized case processing, adopted new probation standards, installed more computer terminals, and improved coordination among staff agencies. A financial/grant summary is included.
