Abstract
The handbook is designed to help crime victims deal with the physical, emotional, and financial consequences imposed upon them as victims of a crime, this handbook is divided into four sections. The first section lists system-based and community-based victim/witness and victim service programs alphabetically by county throughout the State of Pennsylvania. The second section provides the phone numbers of various assistance agencies located throughout Pennsylvania. The third section lists victims services and victims compensation programs located in the various States surrounding Pennsylvania. The fourth and last section provides toll-free and hot-line numbers for nationally-based victim assistance and criminal justice programs.
